### Overview  
Assembly makes it simple to schedule time with your clients with Calendly directly from your portal. You can embed your scheduling page to make it easy for clients to schedule time with you, or embed a specific event you would like your clients to access.

### App Setup  
1. Go to _App Library_, and click _\+ Add an app_ in the top right corner.  
2. Select _Tasks_ in the _Client-facing_ section.  
3. After clicking on the app, click on _Install_ in the top-right.  
4. Set a title and icon that represent the app. For example, a scheduling page could be titled "Book a Meeting", or a specific event could be titled using the event title itself.  
5. We recommend setting this up as an **automatic** app so that your Calendly will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a **manual** App.  
6. Leave the app set to as _Show as embed_ so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.  
7. Go to your _My Calendly_ page on calendly.com.  
8. To create a _scheduling_ page app, right-click on the link under your username and copy it.  
9. To create a _specific event_ app, click the _Copy Link_ button under the event you wish to embed.  
10. Go back to the _App Setup_ page and paste the copied link into the content box.  
11. Click _Add_ to be redirected to the app.

To preview the app as a client, click _Portal_ at the bottom of the sidebar and click _Open portal_. Once you're logged in as your test client you'll be able to view the connected app.
