### Overview  
Google Drive lets you upload, store, and share files. You can connect any **file** from Google Drive by following the instructions below.  
Connecting **folders** from Google Drive requires an additional tool. Instructions can be found in this section under **Additional configuration**.

### App Setup  
01. Go to _App Library_, and click _\+ Add an app_ in the top right corner.  
02. Select _Google Drive_ in the _Client-facing_ section.  
03. After clicking on the app, click on _Install_ in the top-right.  
04. Give the app a name and icon, and configure whether all clients can see it or only a subset.  
05. We recommend setting this up as an **automatic** App if you want your file to be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a **manual** App.  
06. Leave the app set to as _Show as embed_ so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.  
07. Go to your Google Drive and open the desired file you want to embed.  
08. Open the menu by clicking the 3 vertical dots in the top-right and select _Share_. Make sure the sharing permissions are set to _Anyone with the link can view._  
09. Open the same menu again and select _Open in new window_.  
10. In the **new** window, click the menu in the top right and select _Embed item..._  
11. Copy the iframe code.  
12. Go back to the App setup page and paste the copied iframe code into the content box.  
13. Click _Add_ to be redirected to the app.

#### Additional configuration
