### Overview

Zoom Scheduling is a tool that allows you to schedule and automate appointments with your clients seamlessly with Zoom. You can embed a **Scheduler** by following the instructions below.

### App Setup

1. Go to _App Library_, and click _+ Add an app_ in the top right corner.
2. Select _Zoom Scheduler_ in the _Client-facing_ section.
3. After clicking on the app, click on _Install_ in the top-right.
4. Give the app a name and icon, and configure whether all clients can see it or only a subset.
5. We recommend setting this up as an **automatic** app so that your Zoom Scheduler will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a **manual** App.
6. Leave the app set to as _Show as embed_ so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.
7. Go to your Zoom account settings and select _Scheduler_ from the left sidebar.
8. On the schedule you wish to embed, click the _Share_ button.
9. Change the width and height properties to 100%.
10. Copy the iframe code provided.
11. Go back to the _App Setup_ page and paste the copied iframe code into the content box.
12. Click _Add_ to be redirected to the app.
