Thank you for sharing this feedback! Having an expiration date with automatic reminders in our Contracts App would be a really useful addition, especially for time-sensitive proposals. I’ll share this with our product team as a feature request.

Can’t download large files

How to create a shared folder

As of now, Assembly doesn’t support creating a single file channel that’s shared across multiple companies. The best workaround is using the Helpdesk App. You can create articles with files attached and make them visible to all clients.
