2FA for Banking Verification Not Sending Emails to Inbox

Hey team,

I am trying to verify my bank to receive my first payment, and I am not getting 2FA emails. Can we check on this ?

Hi @Daniel_Oukolov , Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear you were not receiving 2FA emails from Stripe. There were temporary restrictions placed on your account, but they’ve now been lifted. You should see that your Stripe account is successfully linked, and you should receive emails now. Please let me know if I can assist you with anything else. I am always here to help!

Hi @Daniel_Oukolov! Thank you for reaching back out. Is this a 2FA code to log in to your Stripe Express account or specifically for Stripe verification? If this is for verification, on our end, I am seeing the account is fully verified. Can you please send us a screenshot to support@copilot.app of where you are being asked for the code so I can look into this for you? Thanks!

The 2FA for my password reset is not working and my stripe account says it is not connected. I also do not see the money in my account from my first payment.

Can we call to solve this together?

Hi Veronique,

I have spoken with Stripe and they said that the money sent to cover the invoice is on hold on your end. Can you help take my account off hold?
