Hi,

Webhooks stop working about an hour ago. Is this a known issue ?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your webhooks.

I tested the webhooks you mentioned in your email, and everything appears to be working as expected. Also, we haven’t received any other reports of similar issues.

I responded to the email you sent to support asking for more information. I will make sure to keep an eye out for your response so that we can investigate this further for you. Thanks!

looks like they are back working. I left my server running while sleeping and received “some” of the webhooks several hours later.

Can you take a look at the timestamp when events were triggered and what time the webhook was sent ?
