Copilot as an Employee Portal

Hi,

I was looking at Copilot and was wondering if anyone has experience, or specific reason against using Copilot as an employee portal?

It has features that be great for communicating, providing onboarding docs, SOPs doc area etc.

Let me know thoughts, maybe I overlooked something.
