Enhancement Request : Message Center : Mass Messaging by Filter Parameters

post by Christian_TenEyck_EA on Nov 18, 2025

Hello Team ,

It’s me again !

Enhancement Request : Message Center : Mass Messaging by Filter Parameters.

The Current Filter in Mass Messaging is Quite Limited and probably needs an Overhaul.

So, similar to how we are able to provide visibility to our Customers ;

Can we Provide the Ability to;

See the entirety of Our Clients in Mass Messaging ;

• Add Filter By Parameters as Created in the CRM Tabs via Customer or Business
• Also Add Filter by Product Descriptions.

This will allow Internal Marketing to varying Groups based on qualifications. .

Thanks as Always
