# Printing Question

Maybe I’m missing it, but am I able to print directly from the portal instead of having to download every PDF separately and then printing?

Hi [@Jessica_Tourtounis](https://community.assembly.com/u/jessica_tourtounis) Thanks for reaching out! In the Files app, you can preview and print a PDF without needing to download it. To preview the file, either double-click it or click the menu ( **…**) next to the file and select _Preview_. Once the file is open in preview, you can right-click anywhere on the document and select _**Print**._

That said, I understand the need for a more streamlined way to print files. I’ll share this feedback with our product team as a feature request.
