# Unable to upload images in Wiki

Hi [@AYKO\_Support](https://community.assembly.com/u/ayko_support) thank you so much for reaching out and flagging this! Our team is already investigating and working on a fix. We hope to have this sorted ASAP.

Apologies for the inconvenience but we appreciate your patience. As a temporary work around, you can upload files/images/videos by dragging and dropping them from your desktop / machine directly in to the Help Desk.

Let us know if you need anything else in the meantime and I’ll be sure to circle up once this has been fixed!
