Why isnt assembly letting me save custom fields in crm

I have added some tage for company names in my CRM - just to help filter messaging and payments. All tags set up fine, but when the relevant tag is selected for each company, the setting doesnt save. Any ideas

Hey @ESS_Consultants - thanks for reaching out! So sorry to hear you’re having issues with saving your custom field tags. Would you mind reaching out to support@assembly.com with some screenshots and an example company + tag that isn’t saving correctly so we can help take a look?
Just a heads up, our office is closed from today through January 4th, with a return to office on January 5th so we might be a little delayed in getting back to you, but rest assured we will help with any issues as the team is able!
