# Why isnt assembly letting me save custom fields in crm

I have added some tage for company names in my CRM - just to help filter messaging and payments. All tags set up fine, but when the relevant tag is selected for each company, the setting doesnt save. Any ideas

Would you mind reaching out to [support@assembly.com](mailto:support@assembly.com) with some screenshots and an example company + tag that isn’t saving correctly so we can help take a look?  
Just a heads up, our office is closed from today through January 4th, with a return to office on January 5th so we might be a little delayed in getting back to you, but rest assured we will help with any issues as the team is able!
