Yes, custom fields - for us, they are called “Groups” and we use tags. Flexibility within the company would be nice - but sending all clients within a company the same task set would be fine, especially if we could further refine the groups using the custom fields.

For us it was always to be as an external app as we use it for interfacing with clients - we find explaining how they can ‘add to home’ on iPhone / Android a bit tiresome - being able to install either by the app store a link we can supply would be much easier.

Hi all, I was a user long ago and back and WOWWWWWW! This has gotten even better and better. In exploring task templates, I am not seeing a way to re-order or delete subtasks or a way to assign them? Is this something I am missing or is it on the roadmap?

This! This is even better than what I was thinking. it takes the fantastic functionality already present in Assembly, and applies it to individual components of a ‘Home’ for clients. This would solve several problems I’m trying to design around now. And make it so I have a LOT less individual pages to manage.

It would be great if we could drag and drop to reorder subtasks. If a subtask is dependent on the completion of a different subtask, it would be nice to order them in that way. currently it seems like they are just ordered based on sequence of input.

This would be great. I’d like it kept simple though so we can just add a menu item and then nest whatever we want underneath it - for example we use a forms system not directly supported so we would make embeds which would fine then group and order them under a menu item we have created ourselves.
