+1 on this feature. would also like custom fields (company and contact) to be available in the placeholders/merge fields.

### Provide attachment urls for messages

Contacts are able to add attachments to messages. However, these attachments are not accessible via the message webhook/list messages api and cannot be sent via the send message api. It is not feasible to request contacts always use the Files app for sending files (or look there to find files).
