I second this feature, and/or the ability to turn off commenting in the admin settings altogether. Comments seemed great in theory, but after having to read hundreds of comments just to find any that are important makes it very tedious, especially when most comments are just things like “thanks.”

I’m very excited to use the new Magic Link system. Just a question though, if a person who is not signed up with our Client Portal (assuming sign-up is disabled) enters their email and clicks the Email Me a Login Link button, what happens? Does a login link get sent?

I’d also love to be able to sort the Done list by either ascending or descending and chose one as default. If a flyout menu was added to the corner of each task on the task homepage it would be cool for the options to be:

At Copilot we obsess about removing as much friction from the end client experience as possible. Every time a client has to remember their password, figure out where to log in, or set up an account before making a payment creates friction. And friction for end clients means you getting pinged about it more often.

Who’s your target client/company? We love soloproneurs and small businesses and will still serve them, but we’ll also be able to serve much larger organizations with more complex needs.

Hi Kyle, great question! In five years, I see Copilot as a foundational operating system for client-based businesses. Today, we help consolidate the scattered tools and workflows companies use to work with clients but that’s just the beginning. Fast forward, Copilot becomes an intelligent, adaptable system.
