Staff User Roles Change: Billing Now Private to Admins

Okay awesome, hopefully soon we have a feature to toggle billing on/off for each staff. For example a finance admin to have access but not an employee at reception.

Hi, This is awesome. Is it possible to give a staff billing access without allowing them to mess with any api/appsetup (as admin role allows them to).
