As a financial planning firm we might have a section that reports on a particular type of policy, but it’s not relevant for all clients as they don’t have that source... ## We're looking for Feedback on the Client Home 2.0 For us there are two things that we would really like on the home app. Firstly - each individual component or element to be able to be hidden or shown based on client criteria from the crm records. What we don’t want is to have to make a whole new page for every permutation - just to be able to hide... ## Development Roadmap I don’t think a public roadmap has to be a major commitment to timeframes. We have engagement with quite a few systems in our business and the two major ones both have ‘roadmaps’ we can view neither has set dates, and I don’t think people generally or silly enough to think those dates would be set... ## Mobile App - Is there a workaround? No not really - what we are requesting is that there is an option to install either from a download that we can put on our website or in a perfect world via the appstore. I feel really tied by what I can add because it could so easily become a mess. The templates as they are are just saved subject line and text. I find there is a cultural thing around reminders - I often find that American software has default reminders set at a frequency that we here in the UK consider rude/harassment. Most software does tend to allow us to override the default interval. ## Grouping apps in the side panel This would be great. I’d like it kept simple though so we can just add a menu item and then nest whatever we want underneath it - for example we use a forms system not directly supported so we would make embeds which would fine then group and order them under a menu item we have created ourselves.
