# Automated Reminder Emails for Tasks App

Hi everyone!  
The Tasks App now sends automated reminder emails to your clients on the same cadence as other reminder emails for forms, contracts, and invoices — so client tasks stay top-of-mind without your team having to chase them down.  
For tasks with a due date: reminders go out 3 days before the due date.

# Auto-Archiving for Tasks App

Happy Friday everyone! 👋  
If your Tasks app has been collecting a long tail of completed work, we just shipped something for you: auto-archive.  
Flip the toggle, pick how long completed tasks should hang around (30 days by default), and they’ll archive themselves on schedule. No more manual cleanup!

# Time-Based Automations

Hi [@Garrett_Ramela](https://community.assembly.com/u/garrett_ramela) I’m one of the engineers here at Assembly. We’re actually currently working on time based automations! It’ll be released this quarter and you’ll have the ability to set up automations based on your time preference. You’ll be able to select a start date/time and set it to onetime/repeat based on your needs.
