## Google Forms Embed

Connect the Google Forms Embed

### Overview

Google Forms allows you to create online forms and surveys with multiple question types, and analyze results in real-time and from any device. To embed a Google Form, follow the instructions below.

### App Setup

01. Go to _App Library_, and click _\+ Add an app_ in the top right corner.

02. Select _Google Drive_ in the _Client-facing_ section.

03. After clicking on the app, click on _Install_ in the top-right.

04. Give the app a name and icon, and configure whether all clients can see it or only a subset.

05. We recommend setting this up as an **automatic** app so that your Google Form will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a **manual** App.

06. Leave the app set to as _Show as embed_ so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

07. Go to your Google Form and select the _Settings_ tab at the top of your form.

08. Expand the _Responses_ section.

09. Ensure that the form isn't restricted to an organization to allow all clients access to the form.

10. Click _Send_ in the top-right and select _<>_. Copy the iframe code.

11. Go back to the _App Setup_ page and paste the copied link into the content box.

12. Click _Add_ to be redirected to the app.
