## Squarespace Embed

Connect your Squarespace website as an Embed

### Overview

Assembly makes it possible to embed your Squarespace website directly within your client portal. You can embed Squarespace by following the instructions below.

### App Setup

01. Go to _App Library_, and click _\+ Add an app_ in the top right corner.

02. Select _Squarespace_ in the _Client-facing_ section.

03. After clicking on the app, click on _Install_ in the top-right.

04. Give the app a name and icon, and configure whether all clients can see it or only a subset.

05. We recommend setting this up as an **automatic** app so that your Squarespace website will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a **manual** App.

06. Leave the app set to as _Show as embed_ so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

07. Confirm your Squarespace website is public and published via your account settings.

08. To embed your Squarespace site within an iframe, go to _Settings_ and then _Developer-tools_.

09. Under _Website protection_, you will find an option named _Clickjack protection_. Toggle this feature off. This action will allow your site to be embedded externally.

10. Copy your Squarespace link.

11. Go back to the _App Library_ page and paste the copied link into the content box.

12. Click _Add_ to be redirected to the app.
